Hans Moritz is a Partner in the Asset Management practice at Deynecourt. Hans brings extensive experience in counselling both international asset managers, funds, institutional, and private investors. He specialises in investment management, corporate matters, and financial market regulation.

Hans advises clients on the formation, marketing, and management of private funds, as well as operational compliance and governance issues. He is recognised for his leadership in executing complex fund-related transactions across various strategies, including private equity, venture capital, renewable power, real estate, and private credit. He has guided clients through multiple commercial challenges including key person events, investor defaults, manager replacements, spin-outs, and other strategic corporate transactions.

Hans received his Doctorate in Law from the University of Lausanne and his Master's degree in European and International Economic Law from LMU Munich. He is licensed to practice law in Luxembourg, Switzerland (Zürich), and Germany (Munich).

Hans is fluent in German, English, and speaks moderate French.
