Corporate Services and Tax
Inessa Wendland is an executive in the Private Wealth, Corporate Services and Tax practices. Inessa is involved in advising an international clientele of high net worth individuals (HNWIs), wealthy families, entrepreneurs and corporate clients on domestic and international corporate and investment structures through investment vehicles available in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. She focuses on the management of contemplated domestic and cross-border transactions that clients are advised on, covering re-organisation of existing structures, dismantling of groups of companies, set-up and annual management of the investment vehicles put in place.
Inessa manages the business relations of the practise with peers, business partners, banks, asset managers, professional service providers and content specialist worldwide, establishing a platform for clients that enables the provision of the full spectrum of services and advice sought by clients in the global private wealth, corporate services and tax arena.
Inessa started her international career in the Commonwealth of Australia at an investment firm working in equity analysis and corporate advisory to professional and institutional investors in the private and public sector with a focus on real estate. In 2008, Inessa joint a corporate services firm of repute in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, performing business development activities. Prior to joining Deynecourt, Inessa held a position as senior manager in a Luxembourg law firm.
Inessa Wendland graduated from Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne/England obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in International Business degree specialising in finance and holds a Master of Arts in International Business from the London Metropolitan University in London/England. She is not admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.
