Dr. Anikó Exterde is a partner in the Corporate and Private Wealth practices of Deynecourt. Anikó specialises in corporate law, advising ambitious private clients, financial firms, major commercial companies, as well as institutional clients from the private equity and real estate industry, on the structuring of cross-border transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate reorganisations, change of control transactions, the setting up of various company structures in Luxembourg and corporate governance matters. Anikó also works on general commercial matters, as well as other specialised areas such as e-commerce and distance contracts, IT and outsourcing issues, the full spectrum of IP rights, media and telecommunications, data protection and privacy questions.
Anikó started her career working at a leading multinational IT company. Prior to joining Deynecourt, Anikó held the position of principal at another Luxembourg law firm. Her problem-solving and analytical skills enable her to deal with the most sophisticated legal matters. Her excellent set of soft-skills, together with a hands-on practical approach, allow her to provide efficient and direct solutions to clients.
Anikó graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs at Pécs/Hungary. She is member of the Budapest Bar and the Luxembourg Bar, which enables her to work on complex multi-jurisdictional corporate restructurings, in particular involving Hungary and Luxembourg. Anikó is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
Anikó is fluent in English and Hungarian and speaks moderate German and French.
